precision machined from thick aluminum billet for not only outstanding

Completely fanless, the massive heatsinks and thick plate construction
dissipate heat and provide a solid foundation for suppressing drive
vibrations and internal sound waves |

The simple back panel allows for quick and easy connection. The rear panel
utilizes a standard Centronics style cut-out opening with a choice of eSATA
or Multilane adapter. The optional eSATA adapter features built-in hardware
RAID giving you the full advantage RAID without the need for adding a RAID
card to the host PC. This is a great option for our Micro-Client 300 and
Mini-Client 2500 systems. |

Internally, the components are well laid out for equal heat distribution and
easy servicing. Inside the outer case shell is the isolated inner chassis
which holds the hard drives. Two different inner chassis's are available,
one for holding four 3.5" HDD's and one for holding eight 2.5" HDD's. |

The heavy inner chassis floats on small isolation pads to dampen vibrations
from the drives. With just a thin gap between the opposing inner and outer
plates, heat is transmitted by radiation to the outer shell without any
mechanical contact. This allows the outer case shell to dissipate the heat
while preventing noise from drive vibrations. |
