Now you can purchase a complete system assembled and tested by the experienced team at A-Tech Fabrication and know you are getting the best. Every component in the system is individually selected and tested for compatibility and performance. Each system is hand assembled with care to ensure the highest in quality and reliability. The completed system is stress-tested for 24 hours to ensure all components are functioning properly.

CPU HeatSync® System

Silent, solid-state cooling system for processor. No moving parts to maintain or fail which ensures reliable operation for years. CPU base is precision machined from solid copper for optimum heat transfer from processor chip. Heat-treated and anodized aluminum clamping plates transfer heat to the heatpipes. Heatpipes are custom formed to match your processor socket and motherboard. Wide thermal clamping plates conduct heat into the case.

Video Card HeatSync® System

Silent, solid-state cooling system for video card processor. No moving parts to maintain or fail ensures reliable system operation for years. GPU base is precision machined from solid copper for optimum heat transfer from the processor chip. Heatpipes are custom formed to match your motherboard and video card combination.

The aluminum case and all aluminum brackets are treated by an anodizing process for corrosion protection and a long lasting uniform finish. The rear portion of chassis is black anodized. The faceplate and buttons can be either black or silver.

Faceplate Logo Graphics

The Faceplate can include custom graphics and lettering during the anodizing process. Graphics can include company logo, button labels, system specs, and warning labels. Artwork to be provided by customer. Artwork should be in a vector format for best results. Preferred file format is PDF or Adobe Illustrator.

Rack Mounting

Rackmount Faceplate

Case can be provided with a one-piece 19" faceplate for rack mounting. This plate is 7.0" tall (4U) and 19" wide. The 7.0" faceplate extends above and below the 6.50" chassis by 0.25". Slotted and recessed holes are machined to accommodate rack mounting screws.

Touch Screen Mounting

Faceplate is machined with a cutout to fit a Xenarc 700TS LCD Touch Screen. The display can be used for operator input, previewing movies, or as a windows desktop. An infrared remote is included to turn the display on/off and control brightness, contrast, and display position settings. Connects to one of the VGA ports on video card for maximum picture quality.

PowerMate Control Knob Mounting

Face plate is machined with a special cutout to fit a Griffin Technology PowerMate controller and input device. This knob can be programmed for a number of tasks such as volume control and scrolling through menus. PowerMate Multimedia Controller and software is included.

Note: PowerMate software utility runs in Win7 32-bit, but does not run in 64-bit. You can use Girder software to program with 64-bit OS.

System Package
Choose between two system packages. Each system package includes the motherboard, memory, and power supply. The set of system components have been carefully selected and tested to provide optimum performance and reliability.

The Media Series System is ideal for media recording and 1080p playback yet has plenty of video power for gaming. This system will run the coolest. The motherboard includes integrated video, or you can choose to add a video card.	The Extreme Series System is geared towards gaming with higher frame rates or where high processing power is required. A video card must be added with this system. This system uses more power and can run hotter.

The standard hard drive installed is the new low-power Seagate Barracuda Green 5900 RPM drive. The new Green drives run super quiet and draw less power allowing them to run cooler. The optional 7200 RPM XT drives offer slightly more performance at the cost of more noise and heat.

For total silence and extreme speed, a solid state drive (SSD) is the way to go. SSD prices have come way down lately making them a viable choice for your system. System boot-up times are typically 15 seconds and programs launch in the blink of an eye. The most noticeable performance increase for the cost.

Select Dual drives for additional storage. With dual drives, we install the operating system and programs on the SSD and set-up the second HDD for data and media storage.

Ceton InfiniTV 4 Tuner Card

The Ceton InfiniTV 4 digital quad-tuner card allows you to record four digital cable or four over-the-air high-definition programs at the same time. The tuner functions are controlled within Windows Media Center which makes it very easy to program, record, and playback your programs. Connection to your antenna or cable is made from a single coaxial connector.
