HeatSync 7000 - Complete System

A-Tech Fabrication is a leader in designing state-of-the-art computer systems for the home theater. Now you can purchase a complete system assembled and tested by the experienced team at A-Tech Fabrication and know you are getting the best. Every component in the system is individually selected and tested for compatibility and performance. Each system is hand assembled with care to ensure the highest in quality and reliability. The completed system is stress-tested for 24 hours to ensure all components are functioning properly.

CPU HeatSync® System

Silent, solid-state cooling system for processor. No moving parts to maintain or fail which ensures reliable operation for years. CPU base is precision machined from solid copper for optimum heat transfer from processor chip. Heat-treated and anodized aluminum clamping plates transfer heat to the heatpipes. Heatpipes are custom formed to match your processor socket and motherboard. Wide thermal clamping plates conduct heat into the case.

Video Card HeatSync® System

Silent, solid-state cooling system for video card processor. No moving parts to maintain or fail ensures reliable system operation for years. GPU base is precision machined from solid copper for optimum heat transfer from processor chip. Heatpipes are custom formed to match your motherboard and video card combination.

The aluminum case and all aluminum brackets are treated by an anodizing process for corrosion protection and a long lasting uniform finish. The rear portion of chassis is black anodized. The faceplate and buttons can be either black or silver.

Rack Mounting

Rackmount Faceplate

Case can be provided with a one-piece 19" faceplate for rack mounting. This plate is 7.0" tall (4U) and 19" wide. The 7.0" faceplate extends above and below the 6.50" chassis by 0.25". Slotted and recessed holes are machined to accommodate rack mounting screws.

Choose between two system packages. The standard system is ideal for media recording and playback yet has plenty of video power for gaming. The standard system runs cooler and quieter. The extreme system is geared towards gaming with higher frame rates or where high processing power is required. This system will run hotter.

Video Card	Video Card HeatSync® System
Choose between three video cards. The standard video is ideal for media recording and playback yet has plenty of video power for gaming. The standard system runs cooler and quieter. The advanced video has a faster processor and memory which draws more power creating more heat. The extreme video option is geared towards gaming with the highest frame rates possible. This video option runs hotter, but with the exclusive four heatpipe HeatSync Cooling System, the heat gets transferred out of the case.

Note: Running this big card requires the optical drive to be located on the right side of the faceplate in the same position as with the touch screen option as shown in the pictures.

Hard Drive

Seagate Barracuda 3.5" HDD

Intel X25-E Extreme 2.5" SSD

The standard hard drive installed is the Seagate Barracuda ES.2 1.5TB 7200 RPM 3.5" HDD. For quieter and cooler operation, we can also install the new low-power Seagate Barracuda LP 1.5TB and 2.0TB 5900 RPM 3.5" HDD. The new LP drives run super quiet and draw less power making them run cooler.

Select Dual drives for additional storage. Keep the operating system and programs on one drive and use the second drive to hold media. Note: dual drives are not possible with the touch screen option.

For total silence and extreme speed, a solid state drive (SSD) is the way to go. SSD prices have come down a lot lately making them a viable choice for your system. The SLC type SSD offers the highest performance and longest life. The MLC type has slower speeds and a shorter life but at a lower price. To take advantage of total silence with more storage capacity, connect the system to a separate file server over the network rather than adding HDD's inside the case.

Choose between the Home Premium or the Ultimate version. Both versions have built-in Media Center capabilities for watching movies, playing music, and more. Windows 7 now includes integrated video and Dolby audio codec's to simplify set-up.
